Command is requesting all personnel to participate in a scheduling decision for December’s Field Training Exercise. Due to recent conflicts and availability concerns, we’re opening this vote to the unit to determine the best course of action.
You will select one of the following options:
Reschedule the FTX from 5–7 December to 12–14 December, maintaining a full-unit, structured training weekend.
Cancel the December FTX, allowing teams to conduct self-planned training or integrate with Aegis for optional training opportunity.
Your input directly shapes our end-of-year training posture and ensures we maintain readiness while respecting personnel schedules.
All members are expected to vote so Command can make a timely decision.
